Have just had 5* experience having a new boiler fitted during the horrendous heatwave . From Leigh visiting, Lisa in the office and Rob and Josh the installers. The service was incredible, including working in the attic in 40 degree heat , they were friendly, helpful and diligent and I cannot recommend them enough if your looking for high standards from start to finish this is undoubtedly the company for you! Our back boiler was very tired and failing, so we decided we needed to have it replaced as it was about 30 years old. I contacted several companies to get some quotes and some of them couldn't even be bothered to respond. Oxyplumbs Lisa came back to me straight away and arranged for Leigh to visit and give us an accurate quote.
They were not the lowest bid, but they were the most professional in their approach, so we went with them to install a new Combi boiler. Lisa had to order it which only took a few days and once the dates had been agreed they came to install it.
They are very professional keeping you updated at every step.
The old boiler, pipework, and water tank were removed, then all new water/gas pipeworks were made and fitted by Leigh and Josh.
The following day Rob came to do the final installation of the boiler and associated parts.
Then all was tested, checked, and signed off.
Well done Oxyplumb a job truly well done from start to finish, I have been very satisfied with their work from initial contact to completion.

We had to finally replace our gas boiler after the old one never working correctly and being sized incorrectly by the previous installer. Roberto tried many different things previously to get the old boiler to work better and for a few years this worked. When the time came to replace it I valued his advice and knowledge of our system and what would be the best replacement. With not having heating Oxyplumb prioritised our install after we accepted a detailed quote. Roberto came back and did a great job installing the new boiler and set us up with smart heating controls at the same. He worked efficiently and cleanly whilst having to work around and deal with with the legacy and poor installation issues from the previous boiler install. I would recommend Oxyplumb to anyone and will continue to use them for servicing.

Oxyplumb offered an excellent, good value for money service. They are well organised, equipped and professional. Firstly Leigh was excellent at listening, understanding our requirements and offering a solution. Their quote was competitive, detailed (itemised) and overall we hand a new boiler, accumulator and water/gas piping work undertaken. Roberto (heating/gas engineer) was very knowledgable, skilled and professional. His work was of a high standard (art in an engineering sense). Lisa organised the team well and was an excellent communicator/administrator. Towards the end of wider buildings work Kevin and Josh came in to attend to plumbing (water and waste) and their work was also of a high standard and professionally executed. Overall, I would not hesitate in highly recommend Oxyplumb. Importantly the Worcester Bosh Register Warranty and the Gas Safe certificate followed on promptly and without followup.

Oxyplumb replaced our failing boiler amazingly quickly, Kevin and Leigh were very efficient, clean and tidy and explained the new kit with time and care. An excellent team and we have already asked them to do more work for us!
