Should change their name to react never. They arent bothered talking with you on the phone or do a proper assessment on what the problem is, then show up with a wrong product and delay the installation for another 2 weeks, with no excuse or what so ever. As poor service as it can get.

I had an ongoing issue with another company over a period of 2 weeks which failed to resolve my leaking toilet. I rang Reactfast plumbing on Monday 6th June at 8am as my toilet was out of service. Charlie answered very quickly and arranged for an engineer to be at my address that day. Less than 90 minutes later Shaun arrived. He managed to reduce the leak to a trickle which meant I could use the toilet again. He advised a new part was required to resolve the problem completely. Following morning Charlie rang to advise the new part had been sourced and Shaun returned to fit it. So after 2 weeks of increasing stress trying to get my toilet fixed Reactfast completed the job in around 24 hours. They certainly lived up to their name in my case. This is the first time I have used Reactfast but I am extremely impressed with their service and the very good price.
Big thanks to Charlie and Shaun for your amazingly prompt and efficient response. I will now be using Reactfast for all my plumbing and heating requirements.

I am a professional landlord & Charlie & his team look after a number of properties for me. They do react fast to emergency callouts, they periodically inspect & certify & when necessary replace boilers at a very competitive price with great warranty terms . Highly recommend.

Absolutely first class service provided by Charlie and his team fitting two new space saving radiators into our new extension and moving the outside tap. Nothing was too much trouble / we had to slightly adjust the position of one of the radiators and pipes but all carried out with no stress and at a very good price. They did everything on time and with great care, absolutely delighted to recommend 👍🏻😊

Used Charlie Morris of Reactfast Plumbing & Heating to install two Baxi gas boilers with warranties. When it came to the annual service/issue with the boilers, Mr Morris did not respond to the numerous voicemails/messages left on his phone and failed to make any contact. This engineer is happy to take customers money for new installs/replacements and suggest he offers a great aftercare service, but do not be fooled by his lies and certainly not to be trusted...***UPDATE*** This is not a fake review as claimed by the business owner, Mr Morris fitted a Baxi boiler for us at a property in 2015 and then another in Sleaford - can provide a Building Compliance certificate to evidence this review. If the business was as proactive to customer enquiries as it seems to be with Google reviews, then maybe customers would leave more positive feedback?!

Charlie popped by the house to fit a new Nest thermostat. He did the job within an hour to a high standard. Thermostat works great and no problems with it since.

Top class service. Always really fast to respond to call outs. Recently recommend to a friend and they commented today on how impressed they’ve been with the service and more than anything they were happy with their honest approach and couldn’t thank me enough for putting them in touch.
