Hollis have completed several jobs for us ranging from brand new installation to general repairs. On every occasion the team have been on schedule, polite, efficient and provided great value. We already have another large job booked with Hollis for the New Year. Highly recommended!!

Called on a Monday morning to book a plumber which I got booked for on a Friday morning. Plumber did not turn up. When I called to check I was told plumber had forgotten and that he would call me back. I had no call back what so ever. Instead I had to keep calling to book and arrange and still haven't managed to get through. Company won't go very far if they lack in communication with customers who are trying to contact and instead you get no response in return.

I can't fault this team. Prompt, clean and determined to solve any problem. If they can do the job by just advising you over the phone they will, not money hungry and very polite. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Edward and his team are probably one of the most efficient and skilled team of plumbers i have come across. We had them move a tap, first fix a 4 piece bathroom and install a new cold tap and waste for a utility room and they had materials delivered to the address in the morning and came to complete job in the afternoon, the quality of the workmanship with the pipework was one of the best i have seen and i would highly recommend them.

Booked an annual boiler service weeks ago after Hollis Plumbing was well recommended by residents in my apartment complex. Supposed to have been yesterday 3pm- no response to phone calls or voicemail and after waiting 45 minutes I had to cancel the appointment. Have been on night shifts all of this week and stayed up specifically for this appointment- very disappointed with the unprofessional approach and I have yet to hear back from them with anything in the way of an apology. Would not recommend unless you're keen on wasting your time too.

I have been a customer of Hollis Plumbing & Gas for the last couple of years and they have never disappointed. Ed and his team have just installed new radiators throughout my house and have done a great job. Professional, clean, tidy and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend, their work is first class 👍

We recently had a boiler fitted by Hollis. The team were fantastic, including the lady we dealt with over the phone.
Ed and the team went above and beyond during a very difficult time for us. The house was cleaned after, you wouldn’t have know they had been inside. PPE worn by all staff also.
They even checked it our cat was a house cat in case they let him out by mistake. Little things that added to an already professional service.
