Platinum Gas Services

Would not contact Jason Sanger of Platinum Gas Services again... Most of the time he didn't turn up when he said he would. When he did turn up he diagnosed the problem with the boiler as a faulty gas valve, which we duly purchased at a cost of £228 only to find that didn't resolve the issue!! He said he would be back first call (08:30) the following morning (day 3), he didn't turn up nor did he ring to say he would be late. By this time we had been without heating and hot water for almost a week and had to find someone else to sort the problem. This was a very costly start to the new year... Jason never apologised for his mistake nor did he offer any recompense.

Jason is reliable and friendly. He always turns up no matter how small the job. I like his website which has the facility to book an online appointment too :-)
