Seemingly saved me from a collapsed bathroom ceiling. My boiler (situated in the loft above the bathroom) had a corroded pipe and unbeknownst to us, was leaking. Woke up this morning to water dripping through the light fixture in the bathroom ceiling and a few cracks and water marked damp patches there too. As I discovered it reasonably early in the morning, I sent an email via the websites 'contact us' form rather than disturb his household with a call. Ian got back to me a couple of hours later and by 11.30am, he had been up to review the issue, fix it and give us some advice about on-going maintenance. I think BFF are going to be our plumbers of choice now because of his promptness (he changed his plans to come and look at the problem); how quickly he diagnosed and fixed the problem and just his willingness to advise and help in the future.

I won't hesitate to recommend him to others as I wouldn't hesitate to call him to help us out or advise us again.
