Initially I wanted a repair on my old boiler which had previously been poorly repaired by two other companies. My boiler was leaking, some internal parts had broken and some of the contrl knobs were missing. Gas Safe promptly came and had a look and after discussion I decided to have a new boiler installed instead.
Dave arrived on time and fitted my new boiler taking care to leave my house clean and tidy as he went along. He explained how I could set the thermostat and fill the boiler should I ever need to do so. The installation is neat and I am really happy with the outcome, it's great... no more leaks!. I would not hesitate to recommend Gas Safe.

we use Gas safe team to maintain our boiler and have an annual maintenance which is always carried out to an excellent standard. They have also done excellent work on replacing towel rail, sorting out water pressure and installing a Nest Thermostat for us. Gas safe are highly reliable and trusted.

Updating my review as we have used Gas Safe again, this time for a boiler installation. They were quick to come round to assess the situation, quick to provide a clear quote with realistic choices, and quick to book in an installation time. When they were doing the work they were polite, neat and very considerate. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I had used Gas Safe for my annual boiler service, and I will definitely be using them next time. Promised a call back from my initial enquiry which came in good time, with a pretty immediate appointment available. Engineers were great - arrived as expected and just got on with it. Wish more companies were like this!

The engineer was very responsive, punctual and left our place clean and tidy. The work carried out was thorough and high quality (no issues so far, work carried out a month ago). The price was on the slightly higher end (we got second piece of work carried out by another cheaper provider) but overall I would recommend this company.

Gas Safe carried out a gas safety check & boiler service for us recently. The part replacements required a couple of visits due to some part issues, but the work that was carried out was good and the engineer was friendly and helpful when we had other questions about the heating system.
