My family use this station regularly and we have been satisfied with the service till now. Unfortunately one of your female staff members (long dark hair) was intolerably rude to my daughter when she asked for assistance with the returns machine today 26.04.2022 - even shouting loudly about it to the entire shop! My daughter actually suffers from high anxiety and was deeply upset by this. Another staff member from subway actually came over to console her and remark on your staff members behaviour as did other customers. Frankly I am beyond disgusted!

I call in this morning for fuel, after passing 2 other petrol stations on the way down from north norfolk that were empty of fuel. Applegreen at least had super-unleaded, which is better than nothing.
When i pay, i ask the lady about the fuel status and she keeps repeating the response "we are back to normal" over and over. Obviously an official line and i'm talking to a trained puppet!
"We are back to normal" yet all of Applegreen's standard unleaded pumps are empty of fuel and their prices are £1.70 per litre. How normally abnormal is that.
I buy fuel at Applegreen quite often and it's always annoyed me that they trying to sell me junk food that's displayed on the counter in front of where you pay. I don't want to be offered junk food thankyou, I just want fuel. It's unethical anyway considering the levels of obesity in the country. I previously wrote to Applegreen about this issue but they didn't reply.
Enough's enough, I wont shop there again.

Filled up the van with diesel, TBH I bottles out at £75, then 5lts unleaded for the Forest Master & Ryobi, finally visited SubWay & nourishment for me!

bought some chocolate buttons only to realise they were best before 2 weeks ago..

This is a petrol station so really there shouldn't even be a need to rate it- you get petrol, you pay for petrol, you leave, what do you need a rating for! But my wife was there today and was patronisingly 'mansplained' to about the number of the pump she was using by some knobhead on the till. We won't be coming back because of the way he felt it was ok to speak to her, which is a shame as we drive through Drayton a few times a week and as a natural result of this, need fuel. I will go out of my way to purposefully avoid your rude staff. I would advise other people do the same, unless you are the type of person who gets their kicks from encouraging idiotic people to be more so, in which case, visit this forecourt!

Disgusting service. Called to enquire about fuel prices and they hung up on me. I live 30 miles away and have disabilities. Shame on you!

Lost a long-time customer.

After fueling at apple green for years I drove in last Thursday to fill up my car. Most of the pumping stations were empty, as per usual, so I rolled on up to one of two that still had fuel left. Since filling up, my car has been running like it's chugging on hot sick and nearly caused me several road accidents due to the abismal quality of fuel. Never returning here again.

Great, clean, stocked, a bit on the low lighting side, but all good.
