Texaco

I like this filling station/ shop. It is usually less busy than the BP station closer to the A38, and also slightly cheaper. Well stocked shop too. Used by locals for their general shopping so the prices must be competitive.

Nice fuel. Excellent hose. Average fuel delivery flow. 1980's fuel was better and cheaper, so I've knocked a star off.
I prefer 4 star leaded if push comes to shove.

All was clean, tidy, fuel side was busy so took a little longer to pay as guys were replenishing shelves ahead of queue busting.
That said, chap who did take payment was charming.

Big vibe at Texaco as always. They love making my wallet lighter.

Good service all round on fuel and grocery

Clear forecourt. With parking spaces. Has a well stocked coop.
When we attended it was open 5am to midnight.
Very handy as not many petrol stations on dartmoor

Just your average petrol station, nothing special. Prices were a tad cheaper than the last station I passed so that's always a bonus. Friendly staff too!

My only gripe with this place is people get their fuel leave their car on the pump and then spend up 15mins,shopping which by then the queue has built up I have the staff quite a few times to try and sort something out but unfortunately nothing has changed so most of the time I go elsewhere
