Tesco Petrol Station

One of the worst places I've ever been. I hate the place! Always seems to be just one person on a till when it's packed and always loads of people having to wait. Pig ignorant shoppers who insist on filling their car with fuel and then leaving the car at the pump whilst going shopping!!!! SO BLOODY IGNORANT! Even when they can see there are about 10 cars waiting! At least the staff are nice.

Says 24h fuel but got here at 5.50am and got told pumps not on tell 6am. Need to change there signs false advertising ....

Just been in the petrol station for the first time since the revamp. I got out of the car at pump ten only to discover I was standing in a small lake. Where did the contractors water their horses whilst carrying out the refurb.

Weird one to review this, they supply fuel for my car. It's always clean and tidy and modernised. Prices are steep, but that's in line with everyone else.

Fantastic staff really helpful when I was filling up it wasn't working right a nother customer (man 😔)was having a go at me saying I was slow and shouting at me the staff came out and help me put petrol in car and told me not to be bullyed by customers

Card machine still not working correctly, the petrol station charged my card and took the money
The manager stated that the transaction didn't go through but couldn't provide me with a decline receipt
I stated I am not paying twice for the same fuel so the manager threatened to call the police and not realising it is a civil matter
I didn't leave the site for the manager to threaten law enforcement and no law had been broken as I had paid and I showed my transaction on my phone online banking
I would of had seven days to come back and pay for the fuel if the payment had returned.
The manager and staff was laughing at me and my partner so this was very unprofessional and rude.
Staff was arguing with my partner while serving another customer and the elderly lady seemed uncomfortable.
This situation could of been resolved much easier and quicker by being trained correctly and using what training they may have had.
Duty manager had to intervene.

Customer service is non existant. Leave you waiting for a pump to be authorised, to then lock the door 10 minutes before closing. It's easier to just go elsewhere... Maybe change your opening times to reflect your actual opening times...

Quite quickly served, plenty of room at pumps. Could have got cheaper fuel elsewhere but would have been out of my way home
