Used to come here all the time. Went in, 3 customers with no masks,. 3 staff members with masks on top of their heads, useful. Walked out, washed my hands. Won't be back any time soon. People who buy fuel here are forced to go in to pay, and can't choose to walk out like I did. Not good enough. Police are not doing anything. It's time to make it known this is not ok and coronavirus will never go away if people in this area are in some twisted form of denial or see it as a joke. Sort it out!

After using this place for the last 25 years, I have now boycotted this rip off merchant after it’s under new management. Blaming the Russia and Ukraine crisis to rip customers off with obscene fuel prices. £1.65 for fuel when others around £1.46. Greed = your staff twiddling their thumbs.

Using a crises to unfairly charge customers sky high prices. Not going there today and will boycott in the future as many others will.

Blatant Profiteering since under new management. Their basic petrol is now £1.92 a litre compared with £1.77 at the next station 400 yards up Preston New (which is still 10p dearer than the likes of Tesco). Let’s hope the people of Blackburn wake-up and boycott those garages that are robbing people blind and smiling about it - shameful!
By the way, the first review giving this garage 5 stars is clearly fake and posted by themselves or friends (read the real reviews)

Fuel prices higher than average. Why was it 205 a lite last week? When everyone else was below 195 a litre.

I do not live in the area but travel from another county so stop to fill up My car.
I find that it is easy to get next to the pumps and fill up.
plenty of space beside parked cars filling up to allow other cars to drive past (hopefully carefully).
There was one gentleman at the till and I found him friendly smiling and asked if I needed anything else.
Payment was quick and easy and very efficient.
He DID PAY attention to those that came in to buy sweets drinks... coffee etc even if they did not fill up with petrol...
Queuing in line gives Me no problem.... if they were ahead of Me which has happened, the tiller pays attention to his "next " customer in line which he did this time..
Left him smiling and waving Me as I drove off.
would recommend it.
thank you.

Used to use this place all the time, but now it's gone downhill. Even if there's 10 people in the queue, you'll have 1 member of staff who's only interested in those who have filled up and not those who have come to purchase anything as much. Listed as a place who offer Collect+, but got there and was told they never have :/. Never using this place again, complete of waste of time when I can get everything done and better service elsewhere.
