can not give a zero otherwise i would , Had the most appalling experience this afternoon very low on diesel my bad but it happens arrived on the forecourt to be greeted by signage saying cash only bad enough you would think but no dear reader i decide to pull away from the pump and go to the Mc Colls yards away (dont get me started on that place tried to grab some cash machine not working when does it ever ! and quite frankly the rudest most disinterested manager /franchisee i have ever encountered ). By this time the inevitable happened i ran out of diesel managed to limp out of the way as best i could and put my hazards s on . Walked back to the petrol station bear in mind that this situation had been caused by their card reader not working so i thought i would be greeted with a degree of sympathy and perhaps some assistance . How wrong was i I started to explain what had occurred to be met by what do you expect us to do if you havent got cash by someone whose demeanor would make Rose West a credible candidate to dispense fuel and snacks ! ! I offered to show her Correspondence i had in my bag and my phone containing details of the property i own some five minutes away it s an Air Bnb . Stone walled . Apart from the sheer lunacy that you have my no plate on cctv and can obtain my details via Dvla .This staff member could have allowed me to fill in a form with my details and i could have come in to pay within seven days standard practice particulary when its your fault as your equipment is to blame . The only good part of this tale of woe is i bumped in to a lovely lady who recognised me from a pub i used to work in and lent me a tenner . Restores your faith in human nature you would think in this current climate that people would try to be supportive of one another perhaps someone should communicate this to Rose .

Friendly staff on every visit and fuel is generally the cheapest around too.

I often buy my fuel here as such good value. They have stood out during these current difficulties. Taking care of and thoughtfully organising a queue and their forecourt with smiles as well as fuel! Limiting the spend to keep things fair. Thank you.

Very kind! The staff are nice and freindly. When i ordered a magic bag i got a lot of rustler burgers. But some nice cakes. Really enjoyed it!
