What can you say about a petrol station! 4 pumps and the price is comparable to other petrol stations. Sometimes runs out of diesel! Doubles as a local shop and sells a good range of essentials at a 'reasonable' price.

Local to my home but they do not always have fuel at the pumps, also they have not removed the 5p per litre from the last budget announcement. They are like many privately owned gas stations and try and milk customers for every penny they can squeeze out of you.

Pace- Fleet Road Stores is a DPD drop off point (and Amazon). I received notification that my parcel was ready to pick up there. Having arrived at the store the same day and explaining I was there to collect a DPD drop off I can only assume that the person behind the counter has a very limited understanding of English or is extremely rude. The agent told me to look through a small pile of parcels to find mine. I was unable to find my parcel and told the agent and his only comment was "come back". Despite trying to ask several questions the agent either refused or couldn't answer a single simple question and just kept saying "come back" and showed no interest whats so ever to help.
In short, if you nominate this store to collect your drop off and its there,, no problem, but if it isn't don't expect even the tiniest bit of help or assistance

Used this garage for the last 32 years, it's changed hands several times and had it's layout altered considerably. A good petrol station reasonably priced and lots of grocery items available to purchase, a general shop instead of a quick sandwich and coffee stop. The staff are always friendly and polite and a good bunch of lads.

Lovely old fashioned customer service which is so sadly missing at many places these days.
The chap on the pumps was so friendly and polite.

Tried to say my card on phone declined , showed to them it was pending , they started getting quite nasty (then so did i) was told to shut up so left , rang bank and apparently well known by them to do this sort of thing and money had gone through and yet again their fault .....avoid...really nasty people and thieves
