Nice size BP, lots to offer if you wanted to pick up bits, I tend to just use them for fuel, helpful staff and quick service, fuel prices are usually very good as well.

I'm on my way to work and need petrol. I stop at the petrol station to fill up. I was at the pump with nozzle in car waiting to start. The time at this point was 7:06. The reason i know is i looked at the clock before i got out of the car. The assistant was opening some storage boxes at the front. She said I'll just be 2 secs. Ok that's not problem. Then she goes around the back of the building. On her way back she sorts one of the storage boxes out. Now she goes inside, great she'll get the pump going I think, NO! There had been a customer in the shop all this time she had been outside and she was serving him and talking. By now I have waited long enough. I gestured to her through the window to turn the pump on and she told me no!!!!!! I was not the only person waiting by now.
With that I left and I will not be returning again. I will go where I get a good customer service and they appreciate my custom.
The management need to look at some training on customer service skills with the staff.

Awful and appalling customer service. Angry and aggressive little man who shouted in my face when I used the coffee machine. I pressed the wrong button by mistake and got white instead of black coffee. He was angrily demanding I pay for 2 coffees, even a bit of spit came out of his mouth. Avoid.

Customer service absolutely appalling!
That chubby guy with a beard is not fit for Customer service! Shouting and swearing at delivery driver in front of customers and being moody and rude as well...Will never go back there again.

Thank you to the kind member off staff that served me today… NO shops were open in my area because of the queens funeral my daughter has just been discharged from hospital and I had been in with her all week desperately needed essentials milk bread etc. I hope this kind staff member does not get into trouble as he should off closed and open for emergencies only. Can not thank you enough!! Well done on BP for realising yes it’s a sad day but there are circumstances where like me people may not off been prepared. Please no negative comments as I said was in hospital for a week!

Okay so I am walking up and she bangs on the window I didn’t know what was happening so she was banging again then hand movements about the pump haha

So at this point there was no one else in the shop I was going to say sorry about that she was just staring at me I was like “what” as I’m thinking wth

She’s like what number pump but so rude
