On face book southbourne community massive list of people who have gone to pay for fuel didn't check the total but to find three Costa coffees added after they left. I cannot find the same amounts charged for the car wash all varying charges on my bank statements, always paid by card never took notice on what I was being charged for. Buyer beware check how much you are paying is it correct, when challenged they say sorry mistake

I waited nearly 5 minutes to pay the cashier who clearly knew I was there. The shop was empty and no one else was in the queue. No please or thank you, he basically just grunted at me. Maybe it’s because I’m biker, but the front of my helmet was lifted up and I was polite and respectful. Not impressed and won’t be back.

I can’t thank the manager enough for his help on Friday when I collected my car from the repairers and they left it with no fuel and I had forgotten my bank cards. There are still some nice people about

Cashier was clearly very sick, coughing and sneezing. Now I'm sick. Shouldn't be at work handling customer's food when you clearly have a bad infectious respiratory illness.

One star is far too generous for this con shop of a garage! My partner has been overcharged here a number of times and today they added £10 to the petrol bill for no reason, they wouldn’t show the amount they were charging and they refused to give a receipt! NEVER EVER GO HERE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! We have reported to trading standards and the police!
