"We don't sell gas on Sundays." This was a confusing conversation when going to get a new gas bottle. They had the gas, but the guy on the counter said he didn't know where the key was. Fortunately, another member of staff popped in to get something and she was much more helpful!

Very bad experience from lady staff,too arrogant behaviour,
BP please provide proper training for your staff especially in customer handling.and also maintain proper display in air refilling area( about what coins to be used)

If you want coffee don’t bother.

I’ve repeatedly complained about the costa machine giving half measure. It gives you barely a small serving in a large cup. When you ask the staff to put it through as a small all your get is sorry you can’t.

They next day I come in and it’s now giving even less, I won’t buy my and no longer my fuel from this place. Why should they get my customer. SORT IT OUT.

Easy to get into and not too expensive. Handy place.
