Card machine not working, as I started to fill my car up the manager spoke on the speaker to say only cash and stopped my pump from working. He allowed me to go and get money from Tesco cash point as the cash point on petrol station charges £1.99. When I came back from the shop round the corner , my partner was left to fill my car up but the manager decided to reset the pump and never told us and so when I went to pay he told me that I owed two payments! One for £2.37 and the other for £39. This meant that I went over the amount i got out the cash point let alone we made sure we did £39 not £40 for safety. He told me I must pay the extra £1.37 as he included the first pump! He was not helpful and would not do anything except demand I pay. I said I am not going to get the extra cash out when it’s not my fault and he should never have reset the pump ! I said I come here all the time, no trouble ever! I offered to come back the next morning with the £1.37! At first he wouldn’t accept this y til he finally did as he had other people waiting to pay

I decided to go back after I left straight away as didn’t want to wait till the morning. I paid my £1.37 and no apology nothing. He made the mistake of not allowing us to carry on filling up the same transaction or tell us that there will be two payments.

Will not being going back after that!

Paid cash and got short changed looks like my last review removed ! Probably short changing everyone so be aware

This is a very good garage and they are very helpful and the shop is very clean, and they would help people if they need it and you can get most things if you need it.
