Excellent customer service

Very good customer service from this Shell. The shop is clean and has fully stocked shelves.

Worst customer treatment EVER!!!!
After filling up diesel the usual way on petrol station is to pay for the Diesel and to get the Receipt.
On this Shell station joined with ASDA, there is Indian origin individual who is arrogant and rude beyond belief.
I’ve paid for my diesel with the card, then asked for a receipt.
The person on the counter not only that it doesn’t give the receipt to me but it is rude first telling me that I should ask for receipt before paying.
When I asked politely that I need the receipt for my expenses and then the rudeness and swearing started.
If he has mental problems, we got Institutions for that.
That person CAN NOT TELL ME NOT TO COME HERE ANY MORE!!
That was enough!
Can Shell&ASDA managers do something about this insane individual???
If I can give minus stars I would this was the most repulsive & vomiting experience ever in my 50 years of life experience ever!!!

Paid for petrol, drove off and no petrol in the tank!!! Thanks for literally nothing

I visited today for the first time in a month and got a £90 fuel +£30 fee for my last visit.
I know I paid cash in full but they only have a copy of a cash receipt for drinks we purchased. No CCTV proof at all online of the cashier pocketing the £90 or of me not paying the £90.
I’ve paid the £120 to prevent debt collectors knocking but will never use Shell again unless by miracle they prove with CCTV evidence I had my first ever brain fade in 25 years driving and filling as a courier!
This is the new garage near Tongham and next to Starbucks.

Low prices for petrol but hardly anybody was wearing a mask and I didn’t even get a thanks from the staff for spending a fortune on fuel, jobsworths.

Long queues to pay, no pay at pump , rude staff and most customers without face mask . Won’t be going back again
