Yea, £4 but so is a mcds....

Just been in to buy a few items. The one guy I usually chat to very nice as always! The assistant on the checkout didn't acknowledge me and his only words to me was £6.25....no please and no thank you! Most staff are very pleasant but why do I bother spending my own money in there when I can't even get courteous staff!!!!

This is local garage and M&S shop that is easy to access and handier than going in to Gloucester for just a few items. It is always well stocked and seems to value the local community. Following a recent problem indirectly caused by the BP marketing team the issue was resolved very quickly, graciously and courteously by the manager James. Many thanks

Lady at the check out asked if we wanted a bp card thing we said no and she stared at us blankly for 30 seconds and proceeded to try to get us to get it and we felt almost pressured into getting it made us feel very uncomfortable

Very good service station just of M5 jct 12 also a very good Mcdonalds on the same site and just across the road a Costa coffee drive through and a mile down the road a massive ASDA SUPERMARKET.

Hell of a night McDonald’s rudely closed there doors on me as I arrived but the lovely lady (Michele) “1 L of a lady” Made my day absolutely great experience great coffee and Great Customer service not often you get a great experience when buying food but honestly this Lady made my night and I will be shopping there for the rest of my stay 10/10
