Don't stop for any reason! I was charge with 100£ because I choose to wash my car there! Don't use them services NEVER!!, they have a camera when you enter in the parking and for them doesn't care if is queue or if you used them services for many time, you're charge.

Petrol station is extremely busy with 30 minutes stay allowed. Prices for fuel are high in comparison to other stations.

Do not stop here! We have recieved a £100 fine for filling up with fuel and washing our motorhome in the Jet wash! BP should consider monitoring the forecourt as opposed to just vehicles entering and exiting the site. As a way to verify who is actually using the service station rather than sending fines to multiple paying customers. BP are now investigating this issue after contacting them for a second time. This needs looking in detail by BP as poor reviews for parking fines at this service station span 5years+ so it isn't a new issue they are unaware of.

Overpriced profiteers. Any company that is content to fleece it’s customers in a cost-of-living crisis, despite doubling last year’s profits, is best avoided. Issued with £100 fine for filling up my car and using the on-site shop. Was completely unaware of any parking restrictions and didn’t see any warning signs as it was dark and foggy. The fine will be the last time BP gets my money.

Absolutely disgusting how BP Allow MET PARKING SERVICES to scam money out of there customers. We were hit with a fine for £100 very unhappy and we will be pushing this to court.

06:00 am(open 24 hours), No card payment, ATM is not working, shelfs are empty, toilet is out of order... Not even "excuse me" or "Sorry" from any staff member. Well done! Why are you open????

Got a £100 PCN invoice as a final reminder, yet no first notice had ever been received. Not being able to appeal it without pleading exceptional circumstances is a joke.

How can you justify that to people that have used your services previously?

Do you want customers to return here or scare them away because of your over the top profiteering?

Just realised why this particular BP has 2.3 rating. They advertise a deal of buying so called Festive Slice with a hot drink and you get 50%off. Yeah, no s**t they charge me regular price. Don’t mind to pay it but what’s the point of making deals. Next time I’ll be using just the toilet for sure. Thank you Octavian
