Tends to be cheapest shell garage in Portsmouth and i would of gave it a higher mark however, the other day a guy got out his car speaking on his phone, filled his tank up still talking in his phone,walked across the petrol station and guess what? Still talking in his phone! Went in and paid and was STILL talking on his phone in front of the staff, walked back to his car and drove off still talking on his phone.. Is he stupid?! I complained and the last didn't seem to care

Good service,fast and polite staff,air compressor,costa express and toilets inside.

Damaged my car!
Car wash is very poor, diamond wash didn’t clean my car and what’s worse damaged the bumper!
Shell told me that it is OK and they don’t see any problem!!! Poor customer service, I’ll never use they services again.

I have visited this petrol station on a weekly basis for over six years. The staff have always been helpful, and the fuel prices reasonable. The air pump is also reasonable priced for the area. I have noticed comments on the car wash being poor, but this is the only service I have not used on this site, so I cannot comment on this.

Good location with all necessary facilities

It's open 24h, but if you can go elsewhere you'll get much cheaper fuel.

The Tesco around the corner is 5p/L cheaper for petrol and 3p/L cheaper for diesel. Asda just up the road is a further penny cheaper.

Standard air/water/vaccum machines. Not the cheapest but convenient. Also a drive through car wash.

When there is a fuel issue nationally, would that not be the time to post updates on your website regarding availability? This feature seems to never have been used so what's the point of having it? Typically mediocre management, avoid if possible
