Friendly staff in petrol station one is called Laura. You will not meet a nice person. When she closing down some person pull up and was going to run out of fuel but Laura turn back on the pumps so they can full up.. One of the best fuel station in Cambridge

Apart from the normal hydrocarbons, it's got air! Yes, an air machine that actually works. OK, it costs a quid, which is more than my first weekly pay packet, but you can pay with your fuel and you hardly notice. Plus, a lovely damsel who gives you a little token to operate the air machine. Keep your tyres pumped up!

If i could give zero stars i would. The woman (older with grey hair and glasses) working on the till was SO rude, i went in to ask why the pumps wasnt working as i had been waiting over 15 mins at a pump. I made sure i was as polite as i could possibly be as i understand in times like this tempers are high as people are panic buying.
I honestly have never been spoken to so rudely and i would like to estate this higher.

Without a doubt the WORST customer service experience with the old lady who works there with glasses (Shame there is no name to shame). She is the RUDEST lady I have ever come across. I was polite (providing better customer service skills to her than she was to me) as I always am but she was nothing but rude from start to finish! I will be taking this further with management as by seeing previous reviews it looks like I wasn’t the only person who has experienced her rudeness.

This place is managed superbly by all the ladies that devote their time in making your filling up experience a pleasure..friendly,polite and professional

Just pulled up to the pump just before 6pm
The person in front got served and I pulled up to the pump in view of the cashier waited for the cashier to zero the pump and she saw me and dis not sign or say anything,
I went upto the window by the cashier and she ignored me after knocking several times, eventually she said they were closed

I know it might have been a busy day, but the curtesy of saying to customers you are closed would not have cost anything and would have been good manors

I would have been happy to go away and come back when they were open if it were not for the fact that it was not quite closing time and a bit of politeness and saying the petrol station was closed was all that was needed

This service station doesn't take contactless payments or payments by smart phone. And then when I went down to pay with my debit card, they shut at 8pm even though their web site says they're open unitl 9pm.
