Very dangerous, a health hazard & ALWAYS dirty pumps.

I have been going to this BP garage on an off (more off) for the last 3 years. Every time I go to fill my car up with diesel, the pump handle is always covered in diesel. When I complained, the said "use the gloves" . Then it happened again about 5 more times. I unfortunately went in again tonight. Its been about 6 months since I had last been, so stupidly thought they would have sorted it out by now... NO! After getting my hands covered in diesel, put some gloves on, then put some fuel in my car. I released the trigger, then removed the pump from my car. As i done this, the diesel kept on coming out went all over my car & on the floor before I could put it back in its holder. This is very dangerous. It looks like no one seems to care or have any interest in sorting it out. This place must be closed down, because one day, someone will drop something on that floor & the whole place will be up in flames. I will not risk going there again, but will just wait to see how long they last before it all goes up in flames!

Ramesh is disgustingly rude, screaming and shouting at customers because he done something wrong!! Awful representation. Have sent complaints to higher sources . Usually really lovely staff but on this occasion he was vile .

The petrol station has been took over by new management now, very friendly staff and excellent services , highly recommedned

Shocking experience nothing is stated clearly I wanted to redeem a free Costa they had posters up but when I got to counter I was asked to pay

Overpriced paracetamol and antibacterial wipes taking advantage of people while we are in crisis. May god forgive you .

I. Used this petrol station to day, the fist time in about a month due to my work. I was standing in the queue, 1 of there employees accused me of not paying for my fuel a few days prior I was never so embarrassed in my life how humiliating I’m sorry not good for business get your faxed right next time!!
