Tesco Petrol Station

Easy to get to, good service and reasonably priced. Usually the price in line with other local petrol stations, but can sometimes cost a penny more. Good car wash behind it too.

Easy to access, providing the Birmingham Road isn't blocked up with traffic entering and leaving the retail park. Always competence prices, despite being close to the center of Stratford. Could do with a car wash.

Card payment and VAT receipt at pump.

Don't trust the buttons that aren't accompanied by a working LCD screen.

Beware zebra crossing on the way out

Usually low princes and minimal if any queuing except at peak times.

Staff are knowledgeable, polite and efficient, usually good for a joke too.

There are worse places to fill up

Just a regular Tesco petrol station. Not much to say about it as it is very similar to every other Tesco petrol station I have been too. Pay at the pump is always nice to speed the whole process up.

Forgot my wallet to pay for fuel said leave phone till I get the money, no can't have fill out a book that bigger than an encyclopedia. That would have took half an hour had to phone my son to bring me wallet. I visit there regualy live five minutes away. Just poor processes in place

Useful little shop and a car wash behind which is not always open, but is usually si you can fill up on fuel, get your chocolate bars etc, clean your car and away all in one place

Have used this petrol station for years I always press for a printout for my records. After filling up at the pump I took my printout. At home I updated my log book with the information to my shock the printout stated I had filled with diesel l called out the AA I have full cover. I was informed by the AA filling with the wrong fuel is not covered but they will respond but it's chargeable. The AA came out to my home the AA mechanic said straight away it's hard to fill a petrol car with diesel due to the size of the fill pipe is smaller stopping you inserting the diesel nozzle because it's to large. l informed him I have a printout showing I filled with diesel. He checked the tank and removed a spark plug. He then said can I see the printout he asked if I paid by card the last 4 numbers of your card is on the printout he asked for my card and said this receipt is not yours but the person who used it before you. I went back to the petrol station and they stated there is a problem if a printout is not taken it is sucked back into the machine from then on every person using that pump gets the wrong printout. They have informed the manger of the Tesco store who said nothing can be done. I have check every printout since a short time later I got another wrong printout this was for petrol but with the wrong quantity and cost. I reported it to the staff who printed out the last three printouts for the pump I used and give me the correct printout. A known problem that they say cannot be fixed ? Ps The AA did not change me for this call out great service from AA and AA Mechanic*****
