Good coffee. Bit of a wait at times, with staff filling shelves and not always serving. Loos were closed yesterday.. but no signs telling you. It's a service station! Sells food and drink, too

Asked for a skimmed milk hot chocolate and revived a whole milk one. 5-mins trying to explain Rosie that I asked for skimmed milk and she keep saying “you didn’t mate”. After I refuse to get the whole one she offered me the one I asked for!!! Thanks Rosie for giving me what I paid for! Very magnanimous of you. You should not be a manager of any shop because you are not able to listen to your clients....neither in the tilt or in the coffee bar.

A man with the name Paul on his badge is the grumpiest, rudest and most sarcastic man I’ve ever had serve me in a petrol station. Quite frankly the staff here should be overhauled. When I asked for the manager, who Paul said was a man called Lewis, Paul replied with, “he’s never here anyway so Goodluck”. What a state this station is.
Can’t say anything better about the mens toilet facilities either, disgusting! It’s not just as if the toilets needed a clean, they were so smelly and grotty I couldn’t go in there to use them. Thanks BP!

Only has 2 electric charging points, being as this bp is off a very busy Artieral Road, Two charging points doesn't cut it always waiting atleast half hour as I regularly travel this way and normally in need of some charge, the bp off the A140 near Diss has more and that's a small BP this is shocking, someone needs to do more considering electric cars are the future and Bp advertise themselves over these things also, NOT HAPPY!!!!!

Good sized site. but only had 1 person serving I waited in line for a coffee when I got to the front of the line I was told one machine isn't working and the other is being cleaned. also why is there only 2 EV Charge points? madness

Excellent Location for EV Electric Vehicle Charging. BPU0006 and BPU0007 Could really use some extra help and sometimes they are broken or need the day off. This really is a very busy site with a lot of vehicular footfall. Bp Please could we have 2 more additional EVSE Chargers to be proactive as more and more EV are attending this site. Thank you.

Nothing against the petrol station, but with much cheaper petrol about a mile away I'm going there instead. "shrugs*

Google maps said the station was open on the 17th of September, but upon arrival the entrance was cordoned of and we were not allowed in. Not very cool, especially if you are in an electric car with very low charge. Please update your opening hours so we don't waste our time!
