Shop quite alright in cleanliness meaning. But the toilets. BP again. Human fluids on the floor and the rest I hesitate to describe. Overwhelming smell entering the shop where I wanted to buy a food. Staff wearing masks in preparation for COVID or because of the smell I just guess.

Only one ev charger. Loos are grim. Litter everywhere. Nowhere to sit apart from your car, or the bins next to the spectacularly angry wasps. Mind you I would be too if I had to live here.

Great petrol station, water , air, car wash, marks and Spencer, and electric charger for electric cars.

As you’d expect they sell fuel, the shop was well stocked and guy that served me was friendly. I’ve knocked a couple of stars off as I went into the toilet and thought I’d stumbled into a gulag 🤢

Parked there 3,10,22 had my diesel stolen, no security staff in the garage couldn't give a toss.

Went into bp / ms on A12 near borrowed and the staff so rude. Went up to hot food counter and customers started queing behind me. Then after a couple of minutes a very rude lady with light brown bobed hair shouts out and turns sign around that states please use other que. If this was the case the sign should of been showing before this. Then just turns her back. Know all the other people waiting behind go in front of the rest of us. She never said anything just walked off again. After queuing again the same women made our coffees shouted it out and slammed it down in the counter. This member of staff obviously thought she was in charge and was rude talking to the poor lady serving me as she asked for my coffee and she told her WAIT. This is not acceptable customer service and this member of staff needs re training.

Not 24 hours.i regularly visit after work in the early morning and the forecourt is closed. 3am today closed again. Not sure why this is so regular.

Asked for a lighter and was told “no”. Don’t know why, could understand if out of stock but a very blunt “no” is awful customer service.

Every garage I’ve ever been to sells lighters, makes no sense to sell tobacco but not lighters?
