Was pretty standard, had what I wanted when I wanted it.. little pricey for my liking but hey that's what happens when you don't go to the pumps at the supermarket. 3/5 would go to again if in a pickle

The guy who works I'm here is completely rude little Indian guy I made a large latte in regular cup because I like my coffee to the top and he tried saying iv used it twice ! Avoid like the sunthar is his name rude

Ev charger was broken, and I had to find another

I use this BP daily as I’m a taxi driver. The staff are friendly and helpful, coffee machine is always working. Always top service

Last carwash I noticed that the solution was looking nothing like a foam. Just a plain water. I raised it to the staff, but they argued it's all fine. Well, it's not fine with me, will not use their carwash again.

I would score it ZERO but the minimum is 1 star...
The staff had no spit screen (as was still under government restrictions at the time), staff member did not wear a mask- sneezed, wiped his hand down his top and carried on serving me. I had to ask him to sanitize his hands, it was really disgusting. This was during convid pandemic... With this conplete lack of any duty of care, and ignoring Health and Safety At Work laws.
Then tried to complain to their head office (which was very difficult, as its the Motor Fuel Group) which was near impossible. Then when I said I insisted on speaking to the area manager, all I got was a phone call from someone who couldn't understand me, and was serving customers at a till point at the time.
Shocking rude service, I will never go here ever again.
