Went to the garage to purchase a packet of cigarettes, paid on my contacless, gone trough and transaction fine.
My place of parking was outside the cash machine just on the side.
No fuel purchased at all.
On my departure just as I was to join the traffic on towards the Brent a very loud bang on the side of my work van, followed by another four!
The Duty manager is hitting my vehicle and orderes me to go back.
After letting him know I was going back to the forecourt, on the first conversation (very obtrusive and abusive) he proceeds to tell me that I didn't pay for my fuel (that I didn't even purchase mind you)!
I have confronted him and his colleague, who confirmed the cigarettes purchase and the Duty manager just disappeared into his office!
After asking him to explain his wrong doing and damaging my van he didn't even want to entertain my requests to do so!
Many of other people was wondering what was going on, and seen me pull out from the garage also.
So, no worries mister Duty manager you just go out there and smash people's vehicles without having checked the true facts!!

I hope this gets seen by probably franchise owner and see how their boys deal with the issues with the trustworthy customers!
Is this normal, I appreciate they have the people that don't pay for the fuel, but proudly I am NOT one of them.

Staff member was very rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. As I approached the window he just shoved the card reader to the window without a simple hello or to ask if I wanted anything else etc, when I then showed him my shell card he acted like it was such an inconvenience to him. He had trouble scanning the barcode and then said it was done, I’ve checked my app and the visit has not registered so therefore he lied about saying it was done. Then when I asked for a receipt he rolled his eyes. Only used this station because I was passing by and was very low on fuel and didn’t think I would make it to my usual shell, next time I’d rather run out of fuel than visit this shell again.

WOW. Firstly, what absolutely AMAZING service , all memebers of staff are amazingly kind , helpful and caring , I've been to a lot of shells around the country as I'm frequently travelling and this is by far the best. I don't know this man's name but he was absolutely brilliant in helping me find what I need, he even went out the way to find what I needed in the stock room. Thanks very much to this man, amazing service 5 stars for him alone 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Small Indian guy in garage very aggressive and angry, had a issue with my car wash ticket, three of the numbers was not very clear.
He angry said go away and talk to someone tomorrow not my fault. Then started to use faul language. Disgusting behaviour. My wife has said in the past the same guy has tried to get her number many times making her feel uncomfortable,

Very Unprofessional

Tried to pay at the window as I had forgotten my mask, the little man behind the counter refused and forced me to enter the shop to pay despite me explaining I was high risk. Here's a little message to the little man behind the counter, you're like 40 years old and you work in a petrol station, your whole life is a joke but at least you got a man to come in to your shabby little shop, such power you command 😂😂 highlight of your week no doubt, you complete loser.

I went to pick up deliveroo at 11pm tonight and the main entrance was closed so the guy servicing from like under the window from counter he gave the deliveroo order and a white bag too for me to put the product inside the bag how rude! As he can give the 2 item he can put them inside and give it to me and I asked him why isn't the product inside the bag he said at night they don't put product in the bag riders have to put them self then why using deliveroo if u can't serve properly and also asked me to cancel the order u got to understand I came from 2.4 miles away to pickup the order. Very unprofessional staff and rude!!!!

Staff very rude and bad behaviour with customers, I ask them to scan my shell go+ he didn't, he look me very rude behaviour.
I am shel customer I'm using shel every day today 5 February at 21:40 pm At this time your staff was very rude very bad behaviour I was waiting 5 minutes he wasn't there door was locked, very rude guy with customer.
