Can busy sometimes, but staff always happy and helpful 😊 getting my tank filled there often.

Car cleaning facilities were good. But it's very lazy of the management to not put a sign outside when they run out of petrol or diesel.

Nice small fuel station, shop well stocked, staff very polite.

Manager its rude . Never meet Somone like this. Before you open mouth check the situation around You.

Easy to access. Friendly staff. Useful small convenience shop, selling essentials. If you're checking tyre pressure in evening, have phone/torch handy and any necessary reading glasses. Hand held guage, small figures, difficult to read. Tokens needed for air, bought in shop.

Been charged twice for the same fuel. This could of course be a mistake but when I phoned the manager Mani, he was very difficult in the phone refused to check the accounts to confirm that £37.14 had been taken twice at 15:14 on 10/10/2021 ... TRAM ROAD SERVICE - asked us to return to the filling station with a receipt, when they hadn't given any receipt. He then asked us to drive all the way to Folkestone and show him a bank statement. I pointed out that his was their mistake not ours and already inconvenient enough for us he then said I was being rude on the phone and rung off then refused to take phone did not answer again. Be careful. It was very hard to get him to be coherent on the phone he talks fast then rings off. Then won't answer.
