The diesel filling nozzle on pump 4 did not stop automatically once filled the tank full. When addressed the issue to the clerk he was like go and complain to anyone you like. I filled the tank full and fuel spilled all over me shoes trousers and me Van. Hopelessly to avoid any accident I spread sand all on my own as there was only one clerk.

It's a petrol station. It sells petrol & diesel at the same extortionate prices as other petrol stations. There was no queue & the server was polite and courteous

The worst petrol station you could ever go to. Don’t waste your time. The petrol is like water won’t last you. Second of all the staff are condescending, have poor customer service skills. I was unfortunately met by the manager who did not provide statutory standard of care to me as a customer. Himself and the staff failed to adequately resolve the issue leaving me subject to an extremely dissatisfactory service. They refused to allow me to top up my tank because I was holding my phone in my hand. I had no where else to put my phone as it was my only means to pay through Apple Pay. The staff shouted at me in front of everyone and they refused to let me fill my tank. He constantly stated that I was on my phone when I wasn’t, and his only evidence for this was that my mouth was moving when in fact my phone was in my hands with my keys and I was talking to myself. I will never recommend this place. I received the most appalling excuse of an apology. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

This place lacks communication, understanding and kindness. The workers are rude and obviously enjoy arguing rather than doing their actual job! The manager is just as rude and obnoxious as his employees. I first handedly experienced racism at their gas station and I’d advise you not to go there unless you want a continuous quarrel with the workers. Absolutely appalling.

Horrible establishment, racist. Save your money and time. Manager and staff are rude, no customer service skills.

Quick, has a half decent small shop for snacks and a coffee machine. No messing basic fuel stop.

Convienent 4 stars for not accepting American express like all other pumps do

Never seen such bad service before

Just a quick question: is it normal to be refused service at petrol stations due to being on a motorbike?

Yesterday I was at a petrol station, stopped at a pump and as usual I expect for them to open up the pump, after a few minutes, nothing happends, I wave, and the counter assistant taps his head indicating that I still have the helmet on, realised, took it off then still nothing, I wait a few more minutes then I go inside he says that he can’t see my number plate and that’s why he refused to serve me, Although he could clearly see it I said ok no problem let me pull in front a bit so you can read it,
then he said no you have to pay first so I said is not night time why should I? as I don’t know exactly how much I need and I don’t want change in my pocket, he replied no I can’t serve you because people steal and police doesn’t get involved
So I said you’ve seen me, Do I look like a thief to you or are you just bored at work and you pick on motorcyclist he goes no can’t serve you.
