I don’t know if they have EV charging point BP Pulse. This is a BP station.

Have they installed EV rapid charging points at this station?
I’m starting to get a little tired travelling 5miles for the nearest rapid charging 120kwph point and I only had this car for 2 weeks 😒😕😪

Refused service because i didnt removed my helmet, very rude staff even when i removed the helmet even though i had glasses headphone etc still refused service ,would not recomend this bp ,as the pic below shows nothing about removing helmets

Very rude staff, ignorance is the key to serve but they are very confident because they know there will be no action or questions in regards to their behaviour.
Also they are all from the same race , it looks like a family business, no wonder why they are rude because they know they are covered.

How can I get ID'ed for a packet of rizla whilst paying for my petrol? I'm almost 30!

Absolutely outrageous experience. Threw an empty coffee cup, bag of crisps and empty popcorn pack in the bin and got shouted at over the tannoy but couldnt make out what he was complaining about so walked up to ask him and have never met anyone so rude!!

Makes everyone pay first before pumping. Cuts off automatically so better hope you guessed the right amount. Toilets out of order and told a pregnant lady to go in the bushes outside. Prices are extortionate even for a petrol station. Avoid.

Really bad experience with the staff last night, or rather terrible one.

We requested the staff to help out when the Air machine wasn't working as expected and they plainly refused to help even after 2 attempts of trying (the machine was deflating my tyres rather than filling it) when we were travelling with our little one ...

Try to avoid at all costs and best to head out to Morrisons or Sainsbury's petrol station which is probably 1-2 miles from this one.
