ESSO MFG PARK LANE

I have been customers for few years now, always go there at lunch time for my usual baguette .
Lovely petrol station in central London, busy on peak time sometimes , but 2 tills are opened , so service is quick and such as nice as the staff who has always been kind and REALLY patient with some very rude customers. I have to rate 5 cause those guys really deserve it.

Leaking petrol pump caused petrol to go all down my arm and over my hand, no facilities or tap available to deal with a spill. Staff were unhelpful and didn’t want to help. Why is there no procedure to deal with petrol spills? This is dangerous!

They have pretty much everything in their well organised shop. Staff is friendly and polite, the manager during the “lack of fuel crisis” made sure everything went smooth and always maintained his professional attitude even during extremely busy times. Great customer service , staff polite and lovely petrol station where you can find most of the things you expect to find in a city .

They are a drop-off site for Collect+ but they simply can't be bothered, especially if you turn up with more than 1 item. The excuse is always the same: "the printer is not working so we can't print the label." If you can, print your own labels but just say you are here to drop off some parcels and wait until they say the same line about printer not working, and then look at their faces in horror and disbelief when they realise you have the labels and they actually have to take your parcels. It's so entertaining. :)

Cramped, expensive, rushed.
Obviously it does what it says on the tin (or sign) and sells fuel.
It doesn't have many pumps, it is on an incline, (which is an arse if you ride a motorbike.) The fuel and products within are extortionate, (I suppose it is to be expected as it's one of the few petrol stations in the centre of London.

So if you are desperate for a refill, by all means go, otherwise try and hold out.
