Whenever I fancy some diesel I go here. Such a lovely selection. Pump 4 is an obvious favourite, a little too flamboyant though sometimes, but don’t overlook pump 8, it is understated but gets the job done.

Monday night very rude staff ,never say please thank you, always very unhappy always been agresive when i say why dont u talk to custemers; he said do i have to? What kind of staff work like this? Shame BP

My family and I use this petrol station often, the staff during the day and okay, however the staff during the night are just very stressed and rudely spoken and not helpful.

I like to get petrol here and do a little M&S shopping.

Wild bean cafe:
- Oat milk latte please
- Sorry, we don't have oat milk.
-Do you have any other lactose free alternative?
-We have 'red cap milk'
-???
-Skimmed milk.
-That's fat free not lactose free. You do have oat milk on the dairy fridge in the shop.
- I can't use that.

Unable? Unwilling? A bit of both I think.
Either way I saved £3 and wasted 10 minutes that morning.Won't be stopping here again.

I went in about 6.30am on a week day morning to buy a sausage bap, I paid for it & when I went to get one there wasn't any left, the lovely young man let me pick 2 items as 1 was a sorry.

All staff are quiet but professional, I absolutely love the m&s chilli con carne, it's now being stocked after I asked the manager if they sold any & he said no, I went in the following week & they had started selling them.

Also the security guard is always polite, says good morning & he has a smile on his face always.

A petrol station with no petrol (at a time when there was no shortage or anything) or no car ancillaries. A joke 🤣

Ask staff to put on mask when serving, replied “after 8 hours it’s hard to breathe “ when I asked again to put on there mask other staff members removed there masks saying they did not need to ware them. No one in this store challenges anyone without a mask on, no one uses the one way system. This store is a hotspot for COVID.
