This has been my local fuel station for over a decade. Many changes over the years, now has electric charging points, Gregg's and a car wash.
Staff has always been helpful and pleasant.

Unreal experience, paid £9for car wash at the machine. Car wash did not start so call the assistance number. No answer, went twice inside to get useless instructions , the best one was pay again.

Good services, the greegs is over priced as all services but everything you could need for a services. Clean well presented parking could be better laid out but still ample parking for what it is.

This Franchise is Poorly Managed
Fuel and shop is over priced.

Offers hot food and a greggs bakery
But if you want to wash your hands or use the Facilities

Don't bother they are always closed for cleaning and need to he locked for 1 hour.

I hope the franchise owner sees this comment and realises its so poorly managed

I will continue to take my custom elsewhere when ever they do similar practices.

Over Priced Food
Over priced Fuel
Expensive Greggs

Poor customer Service
Rude staff

On three separate occasions I have stopped here to charge my EV. I have asked to register my number plate in the filling station as directed on the lofi signs, and each time they told me they had done so. However no receipt is provided and on a number of occasions I received a fine two months later for STOPPING TO CHARGE IN A STATION DESIGNED AND MARKETED TO EV CHARGERS because the company that owns the land is not the operator of the chargers. This is a RACKET!!!!! £20 to charge on the machine, and £142 to stop and park received as a fine in the mail two months later. It happens at other EV high speed charge points also operated by the same company. Local councils need to block this behaviour immediately. It is insanely corrupt and deterring essential EV charging. I have written to the local MP and reported for investigation. You cannot procure a service without being able to be present to receive it. Next time you sit down in Nandos maybe check with the waiter if you need to pay for your seat to avoid a fine, before you eat your chicken! When did you last get a parking fine while refueling with petrol? Why would this be done?
