Nice petrol station. There is a little store, Costa coffee machine, cash machine (ATM), toilets, car self jetwash, Amazon collection booth 'Donner'. And you can pay with PayPal without leaving your car.

If a pump is not working put a sign on it? No one needs 3 members of staff looking at them returning the nozzle to the pump 3/4 times and when you go in there they can't tell which one is working, haven't they got a tannoy in there?The manager doesn't have a pen to give you his name and disappears out the back when I go to get one and won't come back out.I'm in there 4/5 times a week,I managed when it was closed for refurbishment,I'll manage with out it again. I've seen cleaner bathrooms on a building site,check it out shell when you deliver some signs

Screen wash not filled over one week,
I did paid twice (£1) over 7 days unit is empty no one fills it???
I did complain in the store no one cares, no customer service
It is my local shop but NO MORE

Clean store. Good selection of produce which is handy if you forgot something in your weekly shop. Decent wine and beer selection. I've never seen a pump out of order at this location and there is plenty of customer parking if you don't need fuel. Note that the DIY car wash was sadly sacrificed to make room for the extra parking and larger store.

We always preferred shell as they have good service, shops etc but there is no baby changing unit in any of the stations and toilets which is really disappointing :((

Popped in to grab some lunch. Meal deal items not labelled. Queue back to the door, far too long to wait just to ask about the meal deal items. No staff on shop floor. Clearly needs more employees

Not bad as petrol stations go I wouldn't plan a family holiday there mind you, But the air pump is the only local one that is rarely out of service.
