Although the fuel is above the average price in South London, the forecourt is very large with 8 pumps. Has a decent car wash with decent prices with a lot of different promotions.
M&S products are the main selling point with nearly all of the products like the main stores.
Staff work efficiently and polite, with a local shop feel.

Very clean good standards

Rude manager. I arrived at 10:35pm to buy something for supper and manager was shouting at me "hurry up, hurry up, we're closing." The store does not close until 11pm so there was plenty of time. Even after suffering three strokes I don't need 25 minutes to find something to eat. Manager is rude, obnoxious and needs a good lesson in manners and how to treat customers.

You can sometimes get very reduced M&S food in here if you time your visit. But the staff are not very polite. One young man was outright rude to me when I enquired if they sold something. I repeated my question as I though he may have misheard me. But he was just as rude the second time as well. I then gave him my thoughts on the matter and yes I was very rude right back to him. As a matter of information to the staff. Do not assume that when you talk in your own language about your customers (behind their back but within earshot) that customers will not be able to understand what you're saying. Because we do. I bid you a good day.

Why say your open at 6am when your not it's 10 past now! Still not open some people have lives to live schedules to work to obviously not the people working here

Air pressure machine was faulty laid twice didn’t work. Asked at kiosk no one is helpful. What joke ruthless staff.

Don’t go here. Pumps add money before you even fill up. Company doesn’t acknowledge and charges you. Absolutely wrong . They happily let faulty pumps continue to serve.

I needed to use two pumps to fill up my tank. Fist pump was faulty. Frist time I was able to pay by card, second time I tried to pay with two different cards and didn't manage. The cashier told me that my cards are the problem. I paid by cash and I didn't received receipt. I tried my card at the cash point into the premises and the card was working. Disappointed 😞
