Be careful filled up hear and got a parking fine. They reacon I was there for 9 hours. Luckily could prove I was not and got my ticket over turned but took ages to do and a lot of hassle

A petrol station, is a petrol station!!! What can you say.
But this one is a brilliant place for a meeting point on the way to a classic car meet... Plenty of space to park up, coffee on tap and pasties!!! Brilliant!!!

Good stop to grab a quick bite, shopping or to fuel up. It's got Greggs, subway, drive through starbucks across the road.

Although I've had a few issue with the karcher jet wash, hopefully, the drainage issues are fixed and equipment maintained. If that's sorted it would be a 5 star.

Big court but no enough parking spaces to accommodate cars if people want to eat there anything or have other business to do (cash machine, shopping, toilet, food or even rest).

A life saver, having been to three other stations that were either full or not working. Don't know what it cost yet, but having a 150 mile journey ahead of me, it was welcome. Good coffee too! Eight charging points and only two other customers - near to Heathrow, so was expecting it to be busier.

One of the best petrol stops I’ve come across, they had loads of things in there. I didn’t notice prices or anything but quite a good selection of stuff. The Starbucks was just a little hot coffee stand but there’s a big drive thru right next to it so it’s fine.

Bad customer service,
Went today 29/12/2022 lunch time 12:25 p.m. to grab something on the go ,before going back to my work, for me and my kids at home , took a picture for the food for my kids at home to pick,
then a rude lady (Asian , hair colour :black, straight)started arguing that I am not allowed to take a picture I told her it’s for my kids to pick what they want …show her the picture none of the staff on the picture for a moment I thought she is joking….but no she was very serious …maybe she is having a bad day !!
so , I ask her if someone else can serve me so she went to her colleague chatted with her , then the other lady disappeared leaving me no choice other than her !!!
thanks god my friend was with me so she order for me because the lady is not responding to me anymore.. what a behaviour what a customer service … I like this place and I would like to come back but if I don’t have anyone with me how will I order next time???

This was not a Esso petrol stn!!
It was a massed conglomerate of multiple businesses crammed into what was once a petrol stn!!!
There's a lit up group of about 8,or,10 different businesses signposted on the wall,
Inc marks,n,sparks...
I think 2,or,3 diff coffy type outlets and businesses ive never heard of never mind pronounce!!!
Suprised didnt have a argos but never know, it could also be a collection point for multiple online businesses!!!
If you like that sort of thing... enjoy!!
If you just want t fill up n go, its going to be hard work!!!
