Went to fill up at 21:30 this evening, 5th September 2022 The entrance barricaded to stop cars driving in even though they clearly state they are open 24hrs.... I Drove 20 minutes to fill up! Shell teach this shop some customer service please!!

Incredibly rude, ignorant male serving in here! Purposely pretending to not understand me speaking basic english with a Bournemouth accent as I was born and bred here. He was speaking back fast and heavily accented on purpose so I could not discuss the issue with him. If this is the best communication he really has then he should not be in a customer facing role in an english speaking country however I doubt this is the case, I am sure he is just a thoroughly horrible, obnoxious male. I'm not going to refer to him as a man as he is no man! A man would behave much better. Not a garage I use and most certainly won't be back! Was considering making it my regular as it is so near to me, their prices have improved recently and I joined the shell app. But never again - I will stick to Tesco Riverside who have 'normal' people serving!

Abusive to customer! I drove my car in and the Person in charge on 4th Jul 2022 was abusive cuz I didn’t carry change and got inside to ask if I could get change. The car wash machine was not having a smart card reader hence I requested for this! No reason for him to be abusive and ask me not to go back in there!!!

Not Shell customer friendly. Customer service in station soo rude to clients. Car wash service not always filled with shampoo and Vax. Shell card not always properly scanning on till. Always contact shell customer service due for issues. Second problem in 2 months. Basically if you not desperately need for fuel not recommended place for shell customer. Also Shell Application show up pay at pump available but rejecting by cashier during your payment progressing..

Rude member of staff, causing more tensions closing petrol station when fuel was available due to temperament of card machine. Refused to take cash and caused a near 40 car queue down Holdenhurst Road. Challenged the rude cashier to be shouted at, based on the reviews Shell do not care about the rudeness here as I can see this has been a common theme for over a year of reviews!!
