Leaving this because all other times the place has been okay.

But the last time i went there on my Motorbike I took of my helmet and I was sitting on my bike so I could get the most efficient amount of fuel possible. (There are NO signs saying you’re not allowed to do this)

And as I was close to filling my tank fully this guy came out of his little back room, cut my pump and then threw me a dirty look.
And before I could come in and ask why he ran off to hide like a pathetic human being.

And I couldn’t Carry on filling up as I wasn’t able to reach the 2 litre minimum.
I raised a case with them OVER A MONTH AGO!

And all I got was a “sorry staff members are trained to cut the pumps if a biker sits Astirde.”

Thanks for wasting my time. Absolutely appalled terrible customer service.

You may be the cheaper side, but seems like you cheaped out on the customer service aswell.

Not happy. And I will be requesting my money back.

Got a Voucher from them that I was told could be used to pay for Fuel
And Surprise surprise they don’t accept said Voucher.

Utterly Useless.

To the female member of staff who helped me get petrol today 1-8-20 around 5.30pm after mt tank went on red, forgetting my bag at home

Disgusting expensive, over 20 pence per litre more than at the other stations, very difficult access to the road towards west to London, very very rude staff.
Please AVOID IT.

I use this petrol station every Friday I feel up diesel my Company car today 25/02/22 One of the ladies behind the counter she was very rude and disrespectful I hope she doesn’t work there anymore because I’m going to take this matter further. She refused to give me her name and she had no badge displayed

Was ok a typical motorway stop.

It's a petrol station with mini market and Costa Coffee machine. Prices reasonable.

Was really surprised by the quality and service level here

Normally always see the same guy in there, who is friendly. Recommended the hot dogs! !
