Spoke to a editor at BBC, she told me that they got a few reports of different scandals those guys are involved in, they are still investigating they will publish once the story is complete.

🤬They tried stealing a couple of times! I paid cash and the cashier hid a £50 note and said that I under paid, a different time I had it with a £20 note and I saw him doing it to someone else too. I will never use Texaco again as they did not take my reporting seriously.
Really bad service!
And why pay more
This has to be stopped!!!!!!

Be very careful when filling up at this station, we own a fleet of vans and we have been overcharged by them on three occasions within a week....when confronted he said sorry and handed me back £118 from the till for the three overcharging. Happened today 5-6pm. And apparently been discussion on local chat groups for a while already, Happened to allot of other people unfortunately.

They overcharge on fuel cards! always comapre the pump and the receipt as they add 10L or Adblue to the chages and when the invoice comes it's nearly impossible to dispute as who keeps a copy for 2 weeks later and keeps track on a fleet of multiple vehicles, we advised our fleet not to use this station on the safe side, when you confront them they refund you and say was a honest mistake...

Beware!!! Don’t use this Petrol Station, they are the biggest thieves… they add on more money to your petrol bill then you acutely filled up, or when paying in cash they quickly slip some away saying that you gave them less.

It is well maintained the forecourt, clean all the place even in shops etc

They have 15 minutes limit after which you get fined if still there. You sometimes wait a while for free pump then you are under time pressure. This is unfriendly and not nice. The guy in shop did job with minimal conversation or smile.

very unorganised staff... you have to go inside and tell the worker to realise your fuel pump which I find ridiculous unfortunately I wont go there no more

Nice customer service and clean and neat shop, can grab warm hot dog and Costa.
