The most horrible staff acting under BP name.
No respect, no common sense and no communication skills whatsoever.
This all about a service I didn’t receive this evening from their air station to top up my tyres pressure.
The answer could have been straight forward and simple refund my coins or you could not for whatever reason you could have given me. There was absolutely no need for disrespect, intimidation and god knows what else you were loudly mumbling in a language other than English.
Disgraceful for someone wearing BP T-shirt which displays How can I help you?.
You are in need of urgent help because you can’t offer what you’re lacking, respecting the customer it’s what makes your wages.

Vile mouthy staff member who when I asked if they had a toilet replied with the foulest reply Iv ever heard. He is truly the most vile person Iv ever come

Incredibly rude and aggressive store manager. Refused to take my parcel and wouldn't engage with me or with the collect + customer team who were trying to resolve. I've never had a worse store experience

What can I say but absolutely great service, staff are always smiling and a great variety of products to get your hands on.
Great place for all your needs and wants,will go back even if it's out of my way.

Staff controlling the queue at bp south ruislip are amazing. Well done, good job. Threw out someone who pushed into the queue thinking he is special in comparison to the rest of us who had queued for an hr plus.

Buy petrol from this place at your own risk. I purchased a gallon of Ultimate fuel on 2nd May in a brand new plastic fuel can in order to start a newly rebuilt motorcycle. When the bike would not start I checked the fuel and it was off, it had water in it and was full of debris. I had to drain the fuel system down to get rid of the debris. When I called the manager of the service station he denied anything was wrong! They are selling bad fuel and charging a fortune for it. Use the Asda filling station across the road, they don't rip you off as BP do! Maybe I should take the full can of dodgy fuel back to them them and leave it there for them to get rid of!
