Could have been a nice local shop and petrol station in one. The shop has subway and express Costa Coffee machine apart from everything else. However guy behind the desk is of very little help and is more interested in what's in his phone rather than serving paying customer. I asked him if you have to pay separately for sandwich at subway and fuel at the desk and a groggy answer back. There was very little if any eye contact when paying and I think English wasn't his strong point in this instance and I am a forigner...

I have just paid for a "platinum" car wash - top of the range at £7.99. It was quite clear during the wash that there was no wax either in the the wash stage or afterwards despite it clearly stating that was what I paid for. The car did not look like it had had anything more than a soapy wash, and certainly no wax finish.
When I explained this to the attendant asking for a refund, he was unhelpful, suggesting only that i should come back tomorrow to speak to the manager or offering me a £1 refund blaming my car as being perhaps too old to be shiny.
I have come home and videoed water being poured on the bonnet and unsurprisingly there is no beading at all confirming my suspicions. I have my car washed regularly at Shell and the difference is clear.
Not a happy customer - either with product or customer service. It would be no stars if I could do that!

I'm afraid this place has deteriorated recently. There is a particularly rude and truculent member of staff who just will not engage with you however friendly you try to be. I also suspect that the staff aren't always honest, sadly I'll have to avoid in future. Shame, as it's now Morrisons and has some good deals. There is a little shop in Nuthurst Rd which will give you much better and friendlier service and he is honest! !

CHECK WHAT YOUR CHARGED. I BROUGHT COSTA COFFEE, AND WHEN I CHECKED MY BANK LATER THAT DAY, I WAS CHARGED £37.50 WHEN I WENT IN THE FOLLOWING MORNING TO DISPUTE, THEY SHOUTED THIEF!!! AT ME. Cant give 0 stars otherwise I would. This place needs closing down. Im sure the majority of the staff our working illegally. The customer service is woeful!!!!!

Literally awful drive through car wash. Genuinely couldn't tell that it had been washed at all. Paid for platinum, won't waste my money again.

Really poor customer service, had issues with the jet washes, they didn't care about it, these are always breaking down or not giving you soap, or there is always some damage to their equipment.

They need to train their staff and inform them we live in United Kingdom as a whole. I’m a sole trader my customer paid me £60 Scottish notes which I happily took as Scotland is part of the UK, their currency is usable across the UK. I went to this fancy looking BP, paid these £60 Scottish notes for fuel, the lady on the till called another staff and showed him these notes. He took them, looked at them and said m,”we can’t take these”. I explained that petrol stations do take these notes normally, he said, “we can’t”. I paid them by others means then, this is ridiculous, how come they don’t take Scottish notes. I use full tank or more fuel in a week, this was worst first experience at this garage, they won’t get anymore business from me.

Don't bother coming here, zero customer care. Air pressure machine took the money and then didn't work and shop attendant wouldn't refund.
