Regularly disappointed by this store as on my route to work... from general poor customer service to out of date items on the shelves. Bakery section often has items from day before even though signage says baked fresh daily. In fact, a few days ago popped in about 7:30am and they were putting out cooked chicken and spicy bites... before they’d put out any croissants and breakfast pastries!?. It’s a regular thing and been like this for years, so just giving up hope and avoiding at all costs out of frustration.
Also, what’s really triggered me posting this now... it’s one of the only places where I see almost nobody wearing a face mask! the staff never pull anyone up on it and barely have any signage to enforce it. I don’t know why people don’t wear masks going in, but at the same time feel the store has a duty to comply with gov guidelines rather than do the bare minimum to get punters in and make the sale.

They make you pay inside first and basically guess how much your car will take to top up without knowing and tell you if you don't like it leave. This is the only gas station that does this. There are other proper gas station that have a pay at pump service that makes you register your card first but then fuel as much as you need exactly. This is just so bad I would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible

Do not use the cashbmachine! Used the CASHZONE free ATM here needed to withdraw 70 pounds to buy gas to heat my mum's house in the middle of winter, put my card in, pressed 70, ATM charges my card, gives it back, opens the cash flap whirs around closes, opens again, whirs closes, opens, whirs closes then goes back to its not al screen NO CASH DISPENSED! contacted my bank out of hours to find they had stolen the money from my account in the fraudulent transaction and now if have to raise andispute the following day and wait upto three weeks for a resolution! Now 1 day shy, the money still hasn't been returned to my account meaning I will have to take time out fo work tomorrow to chase this and see if I will ever get my money back. AVOID THE DODGY CASH MACHINE, THE PETROL STATION STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE SUSPICIOUS AND LESS HELPFUL IF THEY TRIED.

For the Morrisons products. I bought a hot cheese and onion roll. I have done before and it was fine. This time on returning to work and taking a bite, I discovered it was actually a sausage roll in the wrong packaging. Initially i was very annoyed, couldnt have my lunch ect but after calming down i emailed customer services who didnt seem too concerned. I think its fair to be able to pick something up and have it be what it says on the front :)

I came to the gas station to buy chocolate and the guy working there, his name was Sabesh was very very rude... I won't come back again...

Carrefull. I filled my car untill the petrol gun stop 2 times. When arrived to car after payment I checked my fuel arrow and no reach the full tank. After this then i went to another petrol station to check what happened and discovery this BP stole me 15lt.
