This is the one of many occasions this has happened tried to fill up and refused on first occasion as they want you to remove helmet but don't have it sign posted so I left plenty of garages around, been using for few weeks to fill up no problem, same man seen me many times no problem. Same man today let's me half fill up then cuts the supply refuses to let me refuel until I remove helmet. I refuse to take my helmet off unless it sign posted like Shell garages where I'll respect what they sign post. I refused to pay unless I got to finish what I got there for so I left will be back in tomorrow to see manager. Went to bp down road no problems...

was at the gas station on Bp, Pett's Hill, Northolt UB5 4NP today my dad ran out of fuel and got stuck in the road. So I pulled up with the card to buy a decor for my dad. unfortunately, when I started to refuel, the security guard started shouting that I can't do that and I have to stop. I told him that my father was waiting for fuel on the street. and he told me he hears this story every 5 minutes. he was not interested in my cuddling I am outraged by the behavior of the security guard. my dad is waiting on the street and there is no fuel, I am with a young child trying to arrange some disla in the canister so that my father can reach the open station and this one tells me that I am lying. and in fact, he does not speak, but screams I hope you will take the consequences of his reprehensible behavior !!!! because such behavior of the SECURITY man is not professional
