I love this petrol station, the stuff is always polite and friendly, the prices are cheap compared to the other petrol station. I'm a happy customer 😊

Self- service. You insert your bank card first, then top up fuel, the machine charges you the exact amount you spend (no more than £100 per transaction)

The dark skined guy who stands in the night window at customer service just now on the 30/jan/ 2020 02:00 am was very disrespectful and he was making fun of my the way that I was speaking and said that he didn't understand my English at, and asked me to leave and also refused to sell me 2 bottles of juice.
Honestly that guy should get be trained on customer service and to not treat people as animals and calling customers bed things.
It was an awful experience.
He discriminated me fully and this totally unacceptable from well known company as harvest to employee someone like that man

TERRIBLE- now for the context. Fuel “crisis” as I was on a lookout for fuel as my friend had run out and I was searching for a garage, and whilst passing saw they had a tanker in forecourt, so I joined the queue, only to be told that they weren’t opening because of the queue that had formed, the staff member was pleasant throughout the conversation and even though people were saying they needed fuel or were nearly empty, he refused to open the garage because there was only “one staff member” so surely if they know that a delivery is coming they should have put more staff on to cope with the madness of what’s happening at the moment. Even with what he said about not opening until 10am the next day, I much like every other person in the queue have waited around hoping that it was a rouse to discourage a queue, but I’m sorry to say that queues are inevitable in this situation, as I, like most people can’t keep jumping from garage to garage to hunt for fuel whilst I have a friend that’s stuck at the side of the road with no fuel, so I think it’s completely selfish to withhold fuel to so many people that are in need of it. Poor show, completely in unorganised and miss managed, even with the polite way they said they were closing.. it’s just sooo wrong.
