Great service, Not to pricey and great staff!!

The petrol pumps are being replaced at present but M and S is open and on flat ground, and staff all very pleasant and helpful. Parking is fairly easy too

My disabled mother went in for milk it was the 5th shop she had been into but there was none on shelves yet the no garage still had full fridges behind the counter they refused to let her buy any she is vulnerable and can’t go out into shops when everyone else is out as it could harm her and get her injured so we went out later for milk but was refused apparently they needed a full fridge of milk for their coffee machine but can’t give a bottle to a vulnerable women with kids at home

Normally I find the staff in this establishment very good but was not happy today. I understand that, particularly in these times, people can forget that they need to pay for car fuel. But I do resent been asked twice if I need to pay for it. I answered a very clear ‘No’ the first time and I shouldn’t have to answer the question again. Even when I politely pointed out that the cashier had asked me twice, they still felt the need to say that people can get forgetful. Do I ‘look’ like a forgetful person then? Of course, I understand that they have to ask but to ask twice implies that they didn’t believe me the first time. I don’t see why I should have to ‘pay’ a price for the dishonest people out there. I don’t appreciate it. Rant over.

Filled up,use my BP fuel card to pay.
Have my own cup so picked up the £3 meal-deal,costs £2.50 everywhere else.
Not here.
“We lose money on this so you cannot have it”.
I use two or three BP’s a day and this is the first time I’ve gone hungry.
Not cool.

Staff mess around with your order - other staff are aware and don’t do anything - reported to serious complaints team

I ordered coffee - what arrived was pictured below a cup full of ice with a Murky liquid with powders on the top - god know what it was - it ranged from blue to white to brown 🤮 - no label or anything

BP staff admitted he thinks he knew who it was as was only him and one other working - and he’s sort it - almost like it’s not the first time

I will be taking this to civil court once I have the relevant details - serious breach of my health & safety

Still awaiting a response from serious complaints team - no doubt never will 👌
