Needed a toilet . Godsend. 24 hours. Outside door. Nice and clean. Thank you for small mercies

I like this petrol station, they have nice toilet and service is good . However, occasionally their BPme system was down. So I couldn’t get my point .

Didn't accept my collect plus parcel even though the website clearly lists them as drop off point.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! All staff are RUDE, not once have I had a marginally deemed decent experience there. Tried to collect my collect plus order this evening just before 10pm, all lights are on in the forecourt and inside the shop but the door was locked and was gestured through the shop glass by staff saying they are closed?!?! Why say you are open 24 hours when you are not willing to stay open??? If I can give it a zero star rating, I would with pleasure!

Although I am a local and used this site several times, I am utterly shocked to receive a £100 fine for god knows what?. I went there to fuel my car, use the tyre air pressure machine and had to queue (due to covid) to pay for the fuel and was accused of parking here and fined.
Utterly immoral and disgusting practice of making money from law abiding citizens as they will refuse any appeals without any consideration and demand payment.
Do they expect one not to pay for the fuel and to drive off ?

EDIT: AVOID THIS STATION, YOU GET FINED £100 FOR BEING A CUSTOMER! If you stay more than 15 minutes, even for taking gas or inflating your tyres, you will get fined £100. I had to appeal twice and reach out to BP directly. Unbelievable of Eurocar Parks to which BP delegated the management of the petrol station. Eurocar Parks is acting in true disrespect of customers and lacks integrity after having faced them in the appeals.

On the 21/4/21 I called at 21:34p.m to query an item(a Tropicana multivitamin boost drink 250ml) and to buy petrol(two bird with one stone, save me a journey). Anyway, the assistant at the time said " if I really want the drink I should come and look myself". I was surprised with his customer service attitude and I pointed that out and he hung up. I called a few times btwn 21:34-21:39pm and he kept hanging up. This particular assistant doesn't reflect this franchise company and should be retrained in customer service skills. I won't be shopping there again. 😡

Never bring your Collect plus here, the lady accepts it depending on her mood. I brought it on Saturday and she told me “only on Mondays”, came back on Monday and she told me she can’t take it without explaining the reason. Although on Collect plus it says open 7 days a week.
