To the management,

Just wanted to bring it to your attention that. At midnight why 1 of your staff always demands cash from us. Ironically Every time is the same person who does it and it doesn’t say anywhere cash only he just asks for it. I come in different days at night time n it was never a problem but with this person he always tell me this same story about cash only when he is on night shift. I-live local n i come to this place very frequently. All your other staffs are very professional however your Employee of nightshift- i know that name however i don’t want to mention it publicly.
Date- 23rd may- time -12:14.
You will know who was running the shift.
I request you to look into this matter who ever is responsible for this.

Useless, almost always closed off for petrol when I go & went to use the post box service today and everything including this was baracaded off.... it's a completely separate service they are paid to provide & it's inaccessible.

One of the staff named “Jagan” is the most rude staff I have ever seen in any Shell station in UK. Never say Hi, never smile, no eye contact with customers, never say Bye, always grumpy face, use his mobile phone while serving & not even bother to hand over receipts to customers. At night always ask for cash to pay. Absolutely rude old mature man.

Bad service and the staff who was in the counter charged me the cost of fuel for another person and when he realised that; he blamed the customer that is me saying rudely “ You should look for what you pay” I was in on the 31st January 2021 morning at around 9:15. The staff could have been polite in saying that he made a mistake and he would do the needful.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. HIS NAME IS ..... (taken off).
1. 1st time when went for car wash, he never mentioned about the Club card which I came to know after paying. I asked if he could register it as I had made the payment just minutes ago. He said no in a rude way. (All he actually had to do was to print the copy of the receipt and staple it to the club card and put the date- he was fooling me out)
2. 2nd time when I went for the wash, I tried to clarify that it was just about printing a copy of the receipt and attaching it to club card- why did he not do that the first time I came?- he gave silly replies saying he had to print a copy of the receipt which I had with me at that moment. He added, as it was previous transaction he cant do the previous registration- (which was fine but still his fault here)
3. He is an Asian and very noticeably polite to English while absolutely rude to others including English who looked innocent.
4. The wash machine stopped working in the beginning the second time I went there. I started horning several times, he appeared after 15 minutes right when I took risk coming out of the vehicle. He restarted the machine. I had chosen the Top Car Wash- machine only did a quick wash as a regular (first time when I did it was thoroughly washed with 2 foams)- I notified him before leaving- it was worthless talking to him. In my mind, I just spitted on his face before I left. I am gonna go there again whatsoever. I have filmed everything as I knew him on our lovely first episode. Wont stop here.

Update: sorry for pouring anger like this, I was hangry that day as well, but still it was unacceptable to be honest. I have taken his name off the comment for now. If I notice him behaving that way again and trying to fool out innocent looking customers, I shall write you guys an email.
I am not sharing/publicising the video either.
Being good/polite never hurts.

Cost counter always jumps up to more all be it a penny or two over the corse of a week mounts up

Never had a problem with this garage been using them for years
