Suposed to be open for service but insted its closed so you can not use the toilet and everthing has to be done through the windows

LATE HOUR WORKER, fat & LAZY to do his JOB. I ask for bottle of water & a drink after, he said I’m not going back again to get my order 😡& he said go some where else & I never 👎🏾 went back because of him 👍🏾 The worst CUSTOMER SERVICES, I ever had & not ONCE but countless times, avoid this place. Problem after problems, PLEASE 🙏🏾 FIRE 🔥 this RUDE dark Asian MAN & more woman at the TILL or friendly person & happy smiling 😊the Old fat DARK skin Asian guy is the BIGGEST PROBLEM FIRE HIM🔥 this ONE ☝🏾 he is the BIG BULLY with RUDE LOOKING FACE scares customers AWAY. Everybody don’t like him doing LATE ⏰ HOUR WORK.

Pregnant & desperate for a wee after a long drive. Toilet occupied for 10mins. I asked to use the staff toilet which could have been answered with a simple no. But Instead the lazy angry man started shouting at me. Ridiculous. Never seen staff like it..so rude and the two of them laughing.

I will never go to this petrol station ever again. After coming home late last night to find out moving my boiler had cut my water off, I had to go out whilst leaving my husband at home to look after our baby as he couldn’t drive and purchase some. I approached the out of hours kiosk and requested 2 x 2L bottles of water. The older gentleman serving me walked to the shop and bought back a 1.5L bottle. I politely said “oh actually, I need 2 of those bottles and you don’t happen to have 2L bottles do you please?”. He then snapped at me telling me the shop is a big shop and he will not be walking again to go and get another bottle. I replied telling him “I really needed them as my baby had no water and I didn’t know where else I could go at midnight to get some” to which he then aggressively threw the bottle against the glass landing into the serving hatch and shouted “do you want the water yes or no? I’ve got other people to serve, get out of the way”. This reduced me to tears as I couldn’t believe the manner I’d been spoken to in unprovoked. Luckily there were 2 younger guys and an older guy behind me who witnessed the entire thing and stood up for me calling him “unreasonable” and “bang out of order”. He then reluctantly went and got me another bottle as he knew the others behind would just ask for one on my behalf if not. If the other customers hadn’t of been there, I don’t know what I would of done. I felt humiliated, attacked and cannot comprehend what made the gentleman treat me in such as rude manner when I could not have been more pleasant to him (I even thanked him once I’d paid and left). Avoid this place like plague, and especially don’t go if your a young woman on your own, the glass in-between you and customers behind you are the only ones who could protect you and it depends how much you trust in both of those. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

Car wash almost all the time doesn't work properly. Spraying only water, raised it few times, no one cares. Avoid.
