One of my regular places to visit for petrol as it always seems cheaper than anywhere else. Staff very friendly also.

Great fuel prices, and has a self car wash facility. Always pick up necessities from here - bread, milk, nappies. Very convenient and staff is amazing.

Absolutely shocking experience.
Faulty pump which left diesel on my clothes and the forecourt. Staff who couldn’t care about it and didn’t put sand down or care about the faulty pump.
Ruben, the staff member who, by his own admission and repeatedly told me, doesn’t care about what happened or his attitude. Admitted several people had complained about him but he still didn’t care. How do Asda allow that?!
They wouldn’t even give a token so i could wash the diesel off my car.
The wouldn’t even check the faulty pump for the next customer.
Disgusting customer service and attitude. Let’s see if Asda customer service is any better and actually call me back.
In addition, 2 other customers when i was there told me they had complained about the service and attitude of the staff at that particular petrol station. Amazed how it is allowed to continue with that staff.

Tasha, i was there on 6th November around 11.45am. Ruben was the main issue but his colleague was equally unhelpful and rude.
How can i contact you directly?

Good service. What i really liked was when you try to stop putting fuel in it always goes a penny over. (Ie) £30.01. Let you off the 1p.

I visited here in August 2022 on my way to the station at the end of a long walk. The Little Asda store had a surprisingly wide variety of food in their meal deal.

Claim to offer disabled support, waited 15 minutes to be told he won't help. Shocking!!

Tasha -
15th December at 20.35-20.55. I even asked a member of the public to tell them there was a disabled girl pressing the button for pump assistance and he ignored him. Following that I called and got shouted at and told "I can't help you fill your car." why advertise these assistance facilities for disabled drivers when your staff refuse to abide by them?!

A convenient place to purchase petrol and pick up other essentials. Petrol tends to be well priced. The only non-productive comnent is that during the recent petrol debacle I watched numerous motorists opt to pay in store not at pump when they could see a plethora of vehicles waiting. This really indicates what a selfish world we are moving towards. No blame on the staff who managed the situation very well.

Avoid during rainy weather. shortly after putting petrol here my bike stopped working properly, and upon removing the contents of the tank, I could see alot of water mixed with the petrol. cost me 10 pounds on petrol, then had to go to the mechanic to flush the entire tank, and then 10 more pounds for good petrol somewhere else. You'd think in such a rainy country they'd have measures to prevent this
