Absolutely disgusted with the woman who just served me. Granted when I approached the till, she was busy writing whatever work she would do in between customers, so she may not have seen me. Fair enough. So I happily said 'Hiya', she didn't even acknowledge me. Then eventually when she decided to turn around, she said nothing. Swiped my stuff, didn't tell me how much it was, pushed all buttons on the card reader, turned back around to do her writing and left me to it.

It costs absolutely nothing to be polite and have manners.

Shame on her, her people skills are disgusting. Customer service, awful!? I should have just left the products I was purchasing.

Miserable people like her, require training obviously.

Mayuran served me at the counter, he was shockingly rude for no reason. I hope one day a robot replaces him, because human beings like him should not be in customer care.

I have visited this Esso petrol station several times to charge my electric car. The protocol is to register your vehicle registration number with the cashier. The staff have since asked you to present a photo instead. I have followed these protocols but still received a parking fine from Euro Car Parks. The staff have now instructed that I double check the registration number they are entering into their screen behind the till. Nisha is helpful but the other guy is rude, abrupt and unhelpful. I will try and avoid coming here unless my battery is so low, I have no choice!

Good fuel price and also now electric car charging station aswell so can charge electric cars

This is a well appointed and fully facilitated, (EC charging, car wash, air etc) EssoMobile petrol station ideally located for me which I have used for many years. I have seen good staff and bad staff, come and go. However, the current staff appear to be rushed, uncommunicative, or routinely on their personal phone. Granted, they need to be aware and defensive of "drive-off", personal insults and occasionally physically threatened as in many front-line retail environment. All said, this garage can be an excellent, and happy business, if they demonstrate visual leadership, (manager/owner?), and some basic customer service staff training from EssoMobile Area network support team. You can hardly blame the staff, if they are not continously trained and lead. These are my personal views, of course.

Was driving on low fuel when my car suddenly shut down! It was almost midnight and after visiting the fuel station I was met with very helpful staff called Prasad who kindly assisted me with fuel!!

They charged my card twice with the for 1 transaction. Avoid this petrol station.

Staff member on duty (Mayuran) was unhelpful and unresponsive towards me. Not sure why access to store was closed around 8pm on Monday 19 December, nor were there helpful instructions.
